Plot: In the distant future, mankind forays into space with the advent of colonies, wheel-shaped structures
that orbit the Earth. Colonies and planet alike are ruled by the autocratic World Alliance, a coalition of representatives whose first priority is stability at any cost.
Naturally this doesn't go over well with some folk. The Alliance is beset by two forces - from within, OZ, a military organization whose philosophy is peace through dictatorship;
and from without, the colonies, who long for independence from the Earth Sphere. The colonies send five Gundams, piloted by five young boys of exceptional ability, to be their
sword on Earth. The boys are soon embroiled in political, martial, and philisophical conflicts as they and their friends and enemies search for a way to end war for good.
