Title: Dragonball Incarnate (tentative)

Premise: After reading this, you're going to be grateful to Frieza.  
In the near future, our world has been conquered by the Saiyan Empire. 
Human resistance has been crushed; all aspects of life are controlled 
by our Saiyan conquerers.  In Dragonball Incarnate, we follow the 
adventures of a young human girl named Whitney, an artist whose talent 
gets her the position of Painter at the Saiyan governer's palace.  This
unexpected honor brings with it some expected complications - Whitney 
must struggle to survive in the world of noble Saiyans, where every 
word is a challenge to battle and her own life is worth very little 
even to the Saiyan governer who uses her as a pawn - and some 
unexpected complications, as Whitney is embroiled in the Earthlings' 
struggle for freedom, the political deathtraps of the Saiyan noble 
class, and a plot to subvert the Queen of the Saiyan Empire.  However, 
Whitney also has some unexpected allies.  There's Liku, the Saiyan 
governer's daughter; Flute, the old Namekian gardener; Jenny, the head 
cook; and a duo of mysterious voices who advise and guide Whitney 
through her physical and emotional trials.  Whitney will need all the 
allies she can get, for she is discovering in herself a fearsome power 
that she must learn to control if Earth is ever to be free.
